There are two scopes of business in Sa-ba plant; one of them is Plastic Injection and the other one is Assembly process which includes metalization, ultrasonic welding machines and vibration welding machines.
 

All the leading automobile manufacturers in the world are our customers. At Sa-ba, customer requirements are followed up by Production Planning and Logistics Departments. These departments are responsible for the whole supply chain from customers to suppliers which includes production planning, procurement and warehousing. ERP system is used effectively for all planning facilities in order to procure the raw materials, to produce the parts and to supply the customers ontime. The Barcode system also supports the ERP system for stock accuracy at Saba. Customer demands are followed up with EDI.

Business decisions are implemented in environmental responsibility as using returnable boxes for customer finished goods and supplier products.
