Sa-ba started its efforts aimed at Total Quality in its Beylikdüzü’ plants in 2000 and certified its quality and environment awareness with , ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management Certificate and ISO 14001 Environment Management System Certificate.

Upon movement to Tuzla facilities in 2007, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certificates are obtained again and Ford Q1 certificate was also added to our system.

In 2008, Renault Ases, Autoliv ASDP Quality Certification processes were successfully completed. In 2009, our Measurement and Testing Laboratory was approved by Renault and our competence in testing and measuring was documented.

In our company, Total Quality Management is not perceived as a target but as a way of life, and are fastidiously applied at each stage of our production and development activities.

The competitive atmosphere in our automotive sector requires presence of effective processes that adopts customer satisfaction adjusted to performance management.

For this purpose, our processes are our resources guiding us in our efforts to achieve Total Quality.

As for our company targets; evaluating our employees’ ideas, increasing their competences with trainings, ensuring effective continuity of processes for accurate functioning at once, are our firm steps on the path to Total Quality.

Therefore, all our activities feature a team spirit and, thanks to our Individual Suggestion System, our employees’ valuable ideas are taken as input for our corporate development and our continuous improvement activities are continued in a planned way through evaluation of these ideas at regular meetings.

Helping our suppliers in elevating their quality levels it another aspect of our Total Quality concept.

With this purpose, we train our suppliers within a process of development and during supplier visits, we encourage them to become a ring in this chain with our efforts aimed at realizing our targets and with the models we demonstrate.

Targeting Total Quality and making efforts to reach our targets is a primary duty for each employee in Sa-ba family.
